coliReli is an internal tool operated by Colireli (delivery and call-center services, Algeria). It automates the company's own hiring process using an n8n server hosted at n8n.elhodhod.com.
What the app does
- Reads new job applications submitted through Colireli's Google Forms (stored in Google Sheets owned by Colireli).
- Sends official emails to applicants from Colireli's own Gmail account: invitation to complete the detailed application, reminders, confirmation of receipt, interview invitations and rejection notices.
- Keeps a recruitment tracking sheet up to date in Colireli's Google Sheets.
- Creates interview events in Colireli's own Google Calendar.
Who can use it
The app is used only by Colireli's HR team with Colireli's own Google account. It is not offered to the public and no third party signs in to it.
